WarrantyShould your bag require service after being worn, please email us for instructions. We stand by our products, and we will be happy to repair any hardware or workmanship defects for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Should we determine that an item is not repairable, we will replace it with the same item. Please note that normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, stains, aging, etc) is not covered under warranty
